Coach Reece
Hey family,
I’m Coach Reece; husband, father, Pop-Pop (best title ever), and one of the real ones!
I grew up in North Philly with two drug-addicted parents, surrounded by pain, poverty, and chaos. Life didn’t ease me in it hit me early and hard. But it didn’t break me. It trained me!
I’m living proof that where you come from doesn’t decide where you’re going.
And because of that, I don’t make or accept excuses. Not from myself. Not from. anyone I’m connected to.
Why people come to me
I’ve become the person people call when life gets heavy.
When things fall apart
When pressure spikes
When emotions run high
When clarity disappears
I’m “911” for real life!
Not because I have perfect answers but because I know how to stabilize chaos, slow moments down, and help people get back on their feet stronger than before.
I understand adversity from the inside out. I’ve lived it, navigated it, and learned how to shorten the time between getting knocked down and getting back up with purpose!
What I believe
Adversity isn’t the problem or enemy
Untrained people under pressure is the problem
Most people don’t fail because they’re incapable.
They fail because they were never taught how to respond when life punches them in the face
I teach people how to:
Regain emotional control in hard moments
Think clearly under pressure
Take responsibility instead of spiraling
Make grounded decisions when it matters most
Use adversity as a tool for growth, not a reason to quit
My philosophy blends:
Ancient Stoic wisdom
Mental toughness from elite performers
Calm authority under pressure
The warmth of a grandparent
The discipline of someone who could choose destruction, but chooses self-control
The work I do
For nearly three decades, I’ve served teens, families, leaders, and professionals as a Pastor, Coach, Author, and Speaker.
Today, my work is focused on speaking and training people how to handle adversity, pressure, and responsibility without losing themselves in the process.
Through keynotes, workshops, and trainings, I help people:
Rebuild confidence
Regain clarity
Reset perspective
Stop playing small
Move forward with intention
Because leadership, life, and responsibility shouldn’t feel like survival.
One thing I’ll always stand on
No matter what happened before this moment…
WHAT HAPPENS NEXT IS UP TO ME!
That belief has carried me through loss, pressure, and rebuilding my life and it’s the same belief I pass on to every room I step into!
If this resonates
If you’re an individual, team, or organization dealing with pressure, adversity, or change and you want someone who understands real life, not just theory you’re in the right place.
Let’s train for the moments that matter!
