Hey Family I’m Coach Reece a Husband, Father, Pop-Pop (best title ever), and one of the real ones. I came up in North Philly, with two drug-addicted parents, surrounded by pain, poverty, and chaos. Life hit me hard early, but I never let it break me. I’m proof that where you come from doesn’t decide where you’re going and that’s why I refuse to accept excuses. Not from me, not from anybody!

I know what it’s like to feel stuck, unseen, and unsure of your next move, because I’ve been there. That’s why my mission is simple: to help people rebuild their confidence, reignite their dreams, and stop playing small.

For nearly three decades, I’ve served teens, families, and professionals as a Pastor, Life Coach, Author, and Speaker, teaching the mindset principles and strategies that turn pain into power and potential into purpose.

Through my coaching, mentoring, and speaking, I help leaders (yes, you are a leader) understand that PLAYING SMALL IS CANCELED and show them how to ATTACK LIFE with confidence, clarity, and courage.
